Hassan uses your enquiry details to respond and arrange the experience you request.
Information you share
The form asks for your name, email, optional phone number, dates, guest count and experience preferences. You can add children’s ages, room preferences, dietary requests or a message. Share only the information needed for your enquiry; do not include payment card details, identity documents or other sensitive documents.
Email & WhatsApp delivery
When you select Send by email, your form details pass through FormSubmit to iconsurfmorocco@gmail.com. FormSubmit and the email provider process the message under their own privacy policies. The WhatsApp button prepares a message for review in WhatsApp; you choose whether to send it there. WhatsApp processes the information under its own privacy policy. Your choice of button determines the delivery channel.
Website services
The website does not create a guest account or save bookings in a website database. Form details remain on the page while you prepare your enquiry. Hosting is provided by Vercel; embedded Google Maps, Google Fonts and external social links involve their respective providers. Google Analytics runs only when a measurement ID is configured. These providers may process technical information when you use their services.

For questions about an enquiry or to ask Hassan to correct or remove details he holds, email iconsurfmorocco@gmail.com. For data held by the delivery or hosting providers, consult their privacy policies and contact them directly.
