A calm space for stretching, mindful movement and breathing between surf sessions. Yoga sessions and the location are arranged for your dates; ask about adding them if you are not booking the Surf & Yoga week.

One table, new stories and the easy rhythm of shared evenings. Dinner is a chance to meet the group and plan the next day. Dinner dates, menus and any included meals are confirmed in your programme.
